We understand that sometimes it may be more convenient to pay over time for your fine jewelry purchase. We offer an extended layaway for those who need it.

Warranties
We Stand Behind Every Piece of Jewelry We Sell
Our rigorous inspection process guarantees you a quality piece of fine jewelry. If our jewelry ever fails due to manufacturer defect, Randy’s Jewelry will repair or replace the item at our expense.
Seiko Watches
All Seiko watches are covered by a 3 year manufacturers limited warranty. This warranty does not cover the watch bracelet, strap, crystal, battery or any watch accessory, including, but not limited to, any pouch or belt attached to the watch. If your watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Seiko, this warranty becomes void.
Leslie’s Gold Chains and Earrings
Leslie’s gold jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If your Leslie’s gold jewelry for whatever reason becomes broken, damaged or defective, simply return it to Randy’s Jewelry for a prompt replacement. When you buy a piece of Leslie’s gold jewelry you are covered by their Lifetime Guarantee. If it breaks for any reason, we will replace it…period. The total cost of replacement is only $5.00 for shipping and handling.
Trade-Up
Diamond Trade-Up
Randy’s Jewelry will give you 100% of the money you paid on any Randy’s Jewelry diamond purchase when trading up to a larger diamond. This includes center diamonds, diamond studs, solitaire diamond pendants. Receipt required.
For diamonds NOT purchased at Randy’s Jewelry, we will give you 80% of our current retail price on the same size and quality on high quality diamonds. Lower quality diamonds will vary on percentage.
Our Trade-up Policy on Leslie’s Gold Jewelry
If at any time you would like to upgrade your Leslie’s gold jewelry product, you can apply the value of your current piece towards any of their other products.
There is a $5.00 shipping and handling fee to trade your piece gram for gram towards any of their other products. When trading or upgrading your Leslie’s gold jewelry a receipt is not required. Each piece of Leslie’s jewelry comes with a quality assurance trademark.
